What is DLA and who can claim it?
Disability Living Allowance (DLA) is a benefit for children under 16 who need extra care or have mobility needs because of a disability or health condition. A parent or carer usually claims on the child’s behalf. Rates depend on care and mobility needs — together they can be worth up to £9,583 a year.
Will this guarantee I get DLA?
No. No one can guarantee a successful claim. DLA Helper helps you describe your child’s needs clearly and thoroughly — which is what DWP decision-makers need — but the decision is always theirs. We are a drafting assistant, not legal advice.
What's in the evidence letter?
A professional supporting statement summarising your child’s conditions, daily care needs, mobility, and night needs. If you import Regulation Tracker data, relevant patterns can be referenced. You download it privately as a PDF to send with your form — there is no share link.
Do I need to use the Regulation Tracker too?
No. DLA Helper works on its own. If you already use Regulation Tracker, Pro members can import that data to strengthen answers with real evidence. Both apps share the same Noa’s Place login and subscription.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Claim data lives in a private database with row-level security. Evidence letters are stored in private cloud storage and only you can download them. We never sell your data or create public share links for DLA content.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Manage billing from Settings whenever you like. If you cancel, Pro access continues until the end of your billing period, then your account returns to the Free plan across all Noa’s Place apps.
